Privacy policy: Beastfall: Monster Shooter FPS

This policy explains how Beastfall: Monster Shooter FPS ("the app", Android package c.kms), published on Google Play by LUMENIX, handles information. By using the app you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

The app does not ask you to create an account, and LUMENIX does not collect your name, email address or phone number through the app. Your game progress, weapons, heroes, skins, coins and gems are saved on your device.

Google Play Games and your player account

If you are signed in to Google Play Games on your device, the app signs you in automatically to show your Play Games profile name. Google gives the app your Play Games player ID and display name. The app can also keep a player account with Firebase Authentication (Google): a user ID linked to your Play Games player ID, with the dates it was created and last used. LUMENIX does not receive your Google password or email address.

Analytics and crash reports

The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase to understand how the game is played (for example app opens, missions played, in-app purchases), together with an app-instance identifier, device model, operating system, language, app version and approximate location derived from your IP address. If the app crashes, Firebase Crashlytics sends a crash report (stack trace, device model, operating system, app version and an installation identifier) so we can fix it. Advertising

The app shows ads provided by Google AdMob. To show and measure ads, Google may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, approximate location and information about ad interactions. In the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland the app asks for your consent before showing ads. You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalised ads in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads). Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

In-app purchases

Gem packs, Remove Ads, the Ultimate Pack and the VIP subscription are sold through Google Play Billing. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play; LUMENIX never receives your card or bank details. The app only receives a purchase confirmation and the product ID so it can deliver the item. You can manage or cancel the VIP subscription in the Google Play app (Payments & subscriptions).

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the app schedules reminders on your device (for example, that your daily reward is ready). They are created on the device; no data is sent to LUMENIX to deliver them. You can turn them off in the game's settings or in Android's app settings.

Permissions

The app does not ask for access to your camera, photos, contacts, microphone or location.

Deleting your data

Email Lemunix@quasova.com with the subject "Delete my Beastfall account" and your Play Games profile name. We delete any Firebase player account and the analytics data linked to it within 30 days and confirm by email. Analytics data is otherwise kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. Uninstalling the app deletes the progress saved on your device.

Children

The app is intended for adults (18+). It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
